HOW YOUR
CARD WORKS

Grand Gourmand Card holders can download the TADA – Wallet for Memberships app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to redeem their discounts, use their e-vouchers, and earn points for more rewards using their mobile phone.

Every Grand Gourmand Card holder starts with a Gold Tier membership, where a discount of 10% is applied to every transaction with no minimum spend required.

Once the cardholder acquires 1,000 points, s/he is promoted from Gold to Platinum Tier, where the discount is increased to 15% with no minimum spend required.

If the Grand Gourmand Card holder has earned enough points to redeem a free dish or voucher, they may claim their free dish/voucher and avail of their 10-15% discount during the same visit. The free dish/voucher shall be considered as a separate transaction from the 10-15% discount applied to the bill.

The Grand Gourmand Card holder’s membership is tied to their mobile number. The card holder may earn points simply by presenting their mobile number upon bill-out. However, to redeem discounts and e-vouchers, the Grand Gourmand Card holder will need to use the TADA – Wallet for Memberships app. If the Grand Gourmand Card holder changes their mobile number, they will need to update their mobile number in the app in order to continue earning points and redeeming rewards.

The Grand Gourmand Card membership period is two years from the date the card holder signs up. At the end of this period, existing Gold Tier members may renew at a discounted price of ₱1,000. To avail of the discounted price, they must visit any participating establishment to renew and pay the renewal fee in cash.

If the card holder opts to renew their membership online, the standard price of ₱1,500 shall apply.

If the card holder has been promoted to Platinum Tier, their Platinum membership is retained upon renewal, and their first membership renewal is free of charge.

To earn points, the Grand Gourmand Card holder must present one of the following upon bill-out:
a) Their mobile number
b) Their QR code which can be found in the TADA–Wallet for Memberships app

Points may only be earned if the Grand Gourmand card holder avails of their 10-15% discount, except on blackout dates stated on the Grand Gourmand Card Terms and Conditions. On blackout dates, Grand Gourmand holders may earn points without availing of their membership discount. Points are earned after the Grand Gourmand Card discount is applied, before service charge. Ex. Bill Subtotal at Chateau 1771:  ₱1,000 Points will be calculated after the 10% discount is applied, before service charge.  Therefore: ₱900 = 9 points

Ex. Membership end date: October 31

If the card holder renews their membership on or before November 30, they may carry their points over to their new membership.
